Quoting a switchboard takes about a day and a half, and most of it
happens again when the drawing is revised. This reads the single-line
diagram geometrically — following busbars, counting pole ticks, working
out band membership from position — and returns part numbers, quantities
and nett costs.
It flags what it assumed rather than deciding quietly, and will not
release a quote while a line is unresolved. The 3D model and the 2D
general arrangement are projections of one board record, so editing
either changes the board.

invented prices; it is nobody's pricelist.
